How to Request Paper Applications for Expertization
If you prefer to receive printed copies of the Expertization Application instead of downloading and printing them, you may request copies by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to the Expert Committee (EC) Administrator. The Administrator will provide a number of applications in accordance with the postage amount placed on the SASE. Requests for quantities of application forms greater than 25 will be declined unless you explain the need in your cover letter. If you need a large quantity, we recommend you download and print copies of the application.
Requesting Paper Applications from Outside the United StatesRequests from foreign countries for copies of the application will also be accepted. If you do not have US stamps for the SASE, be sure to enclose cash in the desired amount in US currency or with a check to be drawn on a US bank. Please do not send foreign stamps or foreign currency to cover the postage. Foreign stamps (unless rare) and currency will be returned only after receiving a SASE to accommodate the uninsured weight. Mail to the EC and returned from the EC are all at your risk unless it is a letter requesting Expertization, in which case the rules printed in the MEPSI Application for Expertization will apply.
