Painting of a 19th Century Mexican landscape with a church and a man on a horse who has stopped to speak with a man in a sarape. Superimposed on the painting are two images of classic Mexican stamps; one from the Hidalgo issue of 1884-1885 and a 'Mulita' from 1895-98.

The Mexico-Elmhurst Philatelic Society, International (MEPSI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and appreciation of Mexican philately. The society’s membership, publications, and educational programs can help collectors learn more about Mexican stamps and their history.

Some of the benefits of belonging to MEPSI include access to the award winning quarterly magazine Mexicana, discounts for MEPSI's highly-respected expertization service, and access to circuit book sales that feature high quality Mexican stamps.
